the personal resilience programme
Whether we are working with individuals or organisations the basic format of the programme is the same. We run a one day Resilience Workshop which provides a core set of information and tools. In addition each delegate receives a session of one-to-one confidential coaching before and after the workshop which enhances the group experiences and gives you the opportunity to meet with one of the facilitators. Our coaching brochure explains in more detail about the approach we use and the benefits you can experience.
The Resilience Programme has been developed by Maurice Tomkinson, Tianne Croshaw and Ann Lowe in response to the needs of the individuals and organisations we have helped. Having worked with many people who were suffering from the after effects of stress, we were being asked to offer ways of preventing it in advance, before it became a major issue.
