organisational profiling

We see Profiling as an integral part of our programme: it’s the thing that enables us to
be more than ‘just’ a training provider. Through in-depth Profiling, we are able to gain
an understanding of your organisation as a whole: what is working, what the issues are,
and most importantly, so that we can gain buy in at senior levels in order to influence
true culture change.

Profiling happens before any coaching or workshops take place, and involves:

  • 1.5 hour sessions with key stakeholdrs or senior management in order to gain a clearer picture of what the wider issues are, as well as their individual needs
  • a feedback session with all stakeholders to present findings from the above sessions, respecting any issues that were raised as confidential
  • the development of a tailored programme to suit the organisations’ needs
  • the development of a tailored engagement and communications plan to raise and maintain awareness
